Withlacoochee Rockhounds
35^th Annual Gem, Mineral and Jewelry
Spring Hill, FL

The Withlacoochee Rockhounds invite you to participate in their 35^th annual gem show, December 4,5,6-2009 to be held at the Slovene American Club (SNPJ) located at 13383 County Line Road in Spring Hill.

The show will be open to the public Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 5pm.  Spaces will be reserved in advance for the full three days of the show.  Please send in your deposit as soon as possible.  No tailgating will be allowed.

Outside Sites: 10' x10'=$55.  10' frontage x 20' back=82.50. 20'x10' $110.  20'frontage x20' back $165.  Booths in center 10' x? $5.50 per foot long side. Outside dealers must provide their own tables and tents.  The deposit is $30.00 payable with the request for the site.  All pets must be leashed. Camping facilities are available with camping fees.

Indoor Booths:  (ft. frontage only) includes one 6ft. table, $85.00 per booth for the three days.  Each additional booth is also $85.00.  A deposit of $30.00 per booth is payable with the request for space.  Additional backup tables are available but very limited.

Setup:  The club will be open at 7:30AM Thursday December 3^rd for setup.

We are having special programs and demonstrations, if you are interested in demonstrating or putting on a program please let me know on your application.  The catered dinner and auction will be held on Saturday evening.  Dealers are asked to donate an item of $10.00 or more for the auction.  Food will be available during the show and many restaurants are nearby for evening meals.

All requests for space are to be sent to the show chair.  Because of postage costs your canceled check will be your acknowledgement of deposit.  Make your check payable to the Withlacoochee Rockhounds, Inc.  Deposit money will be refunded up to the 30 days prior to the show.

The menu for the pre-auction dinner on Saturday the 5^th will be catered.  Stuffed pork chops or half roasted chicken or sliced roast beef plus sides.  Desserts will be furnished by our club members.
